Job Position – IT Administrator

A leading automotive trading company in the UAE, specializing in providing high-quality commercial vehicles and exceptional after-sales service.
To join growing team and ensure smooth operations of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage, monitor, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
– Ensure network security, manage firewalls, antivirus, and data backup systems.
– Provide technical support to staff across departments and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
– Administer company email, cloud solutions, and user accounts (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
– Monitor system performance and implement upgrades where necessary.
– Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and asset inventory.
– Support ERP/CRM systems and liaise with vendors for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
– Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s degree
– 2–3 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches), and cloud solutions.
– Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and system administration.
– Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, database management, and backup solutions.
– Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
