Job Position – IT Project Manager

. Coordinating project teams and resource management within the project or assigned governance tasks with reports / PPT decks preparation.
. Ensuring compliance to IT PMO / EPMO methodology / templates throughout the project lifecycle
. Facilitate reporting – Data collection, dashboard, and slides preparation, making sure agenda and content are ready before regular meetings.
. Governance – Track engagement index, follow up for meetings, chase open actions and prepare agenda and slides for next meetings.
. Audit tracking – keep up audit tracker, chase open and assist in closure of findings including with entities for internal and external audits.
Minimum of: 3+ years of experience in the fields of Project and Portfolio Management, IT Governance and Compliance.
MUST HAVE:
-Expert skills on Microsoft Office Apps especially (Excel and Power Point)
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coordination follow-up.
-Any Project Management tool hands on skills preferred but not required.
-Positive and energetic attitude.
