THE ROLE:

Setting the strategic direction for the engagement and work with consultants and other team members to ensure each project workstream is strategically aligned. While they must maintain a ‘big picture view, they must also have a good understanding of the detail within each workstream. (Digital, IT, Cloud into Smart City, Health Care & Oil & Gas is VITAL!

The digital strategist is an integral player, ensuring that your clients have the insights and resources necessary to keep up with digital trends and complete a digital transformation.

Oil and Gas experience is vital!

• Lead projects or programmes on the ground
• Standout Consulting Lead, trusted adviser, role modelling behaviours and showcasing the quality of deliverables, problem-solving and EQ.
• Own and effectively manage key senior stakeholder relationships
• Structure and scope a programme, spot opportunities to increase the business footprint
• Sell on or be the best SME in your chosen area of change skills, drive the methodology and tools development and internal training on this
• Oil & Gas is VITAL!

The ideal candidate will have Substantial prior relevant management consulting experience within a leading consultancy with an exemplary academic background, preferably with a top degree.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
