IT Support Engineer

IT Support Duties and Responsibilities:
UAE driving License is MUST
Install and configure software and computer systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
IT Assets management of Office IT hardware and sites.
Support the implementation of computer systems, Printers, Configuration etc.
Microsoft Windows Installation, MS Office, Antivirus, ERP software Installation and latest updates and patches for smooth running of systems on sites and Head Office.
Create AD accounts for new users, Joining PCs to the Domain and installation of all necessary software.
Autodesk AutoCAD software Installation, Revit, Photoshop Installation and activation for design engineers onsite and office.
Structured Cabling for offices and sites, CAT 6 Cables Crimping, testing on sites and Offices of Tiger Group.
Access Cards Activation and maintenance of Access Control systems for Tiger GYMs and Parking Cards.
Taking Fingerprints of new employees on sites and uploading to central attendance system.
IP Phones Installation, Maintenance, and reporting.
Forticlient VPN Client Installation on PCs.
Knowledge of Basic Networking Concepts (Switch, Firewall, Hub)

Qualifications:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Certifications are preferred, but not required.
Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
