Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Restart
Key Responsibilities : Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide L1/L2/L3 IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
Manage operating system installations, updates, and configurations (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Ensure timely resolution of IT service tickets and maintain detailed documentation.
ERP & Cloud Systems:
Support, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems used by the organization.
Assist in ERP data migration, integrations, and user support.
Manage and support cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Maintain cloud security policies and user access controls.
Network & Infrastructure: Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks for stability and security.
Manage server administration, storage, and backups.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance with IT policies.
Software & Office Productivity:Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
Provide training and support to end-users on office software and collaboration tools.Ensure data integrity, backup management, and system security.
