Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Lanco HR
Location: Al Rayyan, Qatar
Duration: 2 Months, Extendable
Start Date: Immediate
Key Requirements:
– Mandatory experience in infrastructure & road projects
– Ashghal approval and relevant Ashghal project experience are mandatory
– 7–10 years of relevant experience
– Strong experience in quantity take-off, measurement & BOQ preparation
– Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
– Ability to interpret construction drawings and project documents
– Proficiency in relevant QS/engineering software
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, measurements and documentation
Scope of Work:
– Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements
– Prepare, review and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
– Support quantity-related requirements, variations and revisions
– Coordinate with Engineering and Construction teams
