Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
-Provide first-line and second-line ITsupport to end-users, resolving technical issues efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
– Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
– Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
– Monitor, manage, and escalate tickets using IT helpdesk systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
– Support and manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
– Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
– Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects, including hardware and software deployments.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of IT systems, procedures, and issue resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Proven experience of 1- 2 years in system administration, IT helpdesk, and network support.
– Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
