Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Location: Onsite – Abu Dhabi
Experience: 5+ years
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
-Upgrade & Deployment: Assess compatibility, perform imaging, and execute structured upgrade plans.
-End-User Support: Provide L1 & L2 support, troubleshoot system compatibility, and assist users.
-Security & Compliance: Apply patches, implement security measures, and ensure compliance.
-Documentation & Reporting: Maintain upgrade records, document troubleshooting steps, and report progress.
Required Skills & Expertise:
-Experience in Windows 11 deployment & IT asset management
-Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, MDT, WDS, and system imaging tools
-Hands-on experience in hardware compatibility assessments & troubleshooting
-Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
