Job Position – IT Support Executive

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for providing excellent technical support?
Eligibility Criteria:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support roles
– Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software issues and ERP Support
– Background in similar business IT support / Retail field is an advantage
– Hands-on in MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 support is a must
– Excellent communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-focused attitude
– Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
– Willing to work in flexible shifts
– Candidates with valid UAE driving license will be given preference
