Job Position – Junior Accountant
Company Name – European Insurance Brokers LLC
Location: Oud Metha, Dubai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform regular reconciliation with insurance companies
– Perform regular bank reconciliation
– Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients for payments
– Record and verify customer payments, receipts, bank transfers, and cheques in the accounting system
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies between records
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate bookkeeping
– Allocation of commission payments in company software
– Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and financial records in Excel and accounting systems
– Assist in managing receivables, collections, and claims-related follow-ups
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in insurance or brokerage industry
– Experience in reconciliation and accounts receivable processes
– Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
– Strong follow-up skills with insurance companies and clients
– High attention to detail and organizational skills
– Good written and verbal communication skills
