Job Position – Junior Sales Engineer
Company Name – Kinetics Group
Hiring for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join team in Dubai and build a career in technical sales across HVAC, MEP, acoustics, noise control and vibration isolation solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to develop strong technical, commercial and client-management skills while working with consultants, contractors and project teams across the UAE.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–1 year of UAE sales engineering or relevant technical experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related technical field preferred
UAE Driving Licence: Required
Language: Strong English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
-Support sales and business development activities across UAE projects and customers
-Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors and clients
-Understand project requirements and coordinate suitable technical solutions
-Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, sales reports and technical presentations
-Attend client meetings, project discussions and product presentations
-Follow up on enquiries, quotations, tenders and active project opportunities
-Coordinate with engineering, estimation, production and operations teams
-Monitor market opportunities and support achievement of sales targets
