Job Description

5+ years experience as a Kitchen Equipment technician in restaurants and hotels.
Qualified in GED or suitable equivalent.
Technically competent with a clear technical understanding.
Relevant technical experience in restaurants.

Job Responsibilities:

•Analyze, troubleshoot, install, rebuild, adjust and replace kitchen appliance equipment.
•Performs major and/or minor repair, as well preventative and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment.
•Responsible for coordination and prioritizing repair tasks to respond promptly and provide timely repairs and reduced downtime
•Good Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
•Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
•Respond to breakdowns of equipment’s and is available in case of emergency and apply the appropriate action as per ERTH policy and standards
•Perform preventive maintenance and completes the turn-over quickly and efficiently to satisfy and meet the Guest needs
•Good knowledge of MEP maintenance, electronics and control systems, Good knowledge of various test equipment
•Conduct routine inspection of the area and ensure that all work area plants and equipment are safe to operate
