Job Position – Labour Welfare Officer
Company Name – Ontime
Salary: AED 3000 to AED 3500
Working Hours:10 hrs/day
Week off: 1 day
Responsibilities:
– Handle employee complaints and grievances
– Identify and address issues, concerns, and root causes
– Escalate any necessary matters to Management
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience, ideally in construction, facilities management, or manpower supply industry
– Familiarity with processing employment visas issued by the UAE government
– Experience with labor medical insurance is a must
