Job Description

10 or more years of experience in delivering large IT transformational programs, preferably in real estate, retail and hospitality domains.
Experience in executing and delivering large scale loyalty projects /programs.
5 to 7 years in diverse roles with leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs
Substantial consulting leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams & mandatory experience in engaging with senior leadership.
Experience delivering Agile projects thru DevOps / CICD pipelines.

Knowledge and Skills

Exceptional leadership skills, with ability to develop and communicate program objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.
· High degree of political sensitivity, astuteness and ability to use informal power structure of organization to achieve program success and overcome obstacles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain and “sell” the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.
Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
Experience in PMI or PRINCE2 or Agile or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
Practical expertise in using project planning tools, Microsoft Project and Project Server.
· Deep understanding of Current and emerging technologies and how organizations are employing them to drive digital business.

Location : Abu Dhabi

Salary: 38000-40000 AED.
