Job Position – Maintenance Supervisor
Company Name – Tamas Projects
Location: Abu Dhabi
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision
Key Responsibilities:
-Proficiency with MEP systems, including HVAC (VRF, DX, CCU units), plumbing systems (booster pumps, transfer pumps, water tanks), and electrical systems (LV panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, capacitor banks, generator, UPS)
-Hands-on experience with field equipment sensors, modules, and troubleshooting techniques
-Basic knowledge of Integration & Automation SCADA systems
-Familiarity with fire alarm and firefighting systems
-Execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown procedures
-Effective team management, including monitoring KPIs and meeting SLAs
-Identification and procurement of materials and spare parts
