Job Position – Medical Records Clerk
Company Name – Thumbay Hospital
Location: Fujairah

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and ensure smooth functioning of the Medical Records Department
-Maintain confidentiality and proper storage of all medical case sheets
-Conduct deficiency checks and ensure timely rectifications
-Retrieve and issue records as per policy and regulatory standards
-Support automation, reporting, and data analysis activities
-Coordinate with coding and insurance teams for e-claim processes
-Ensure compliance with SOPs and UAE healthcare regulations
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/Diploma in Medical Records Technology or Health Information Management
– 1–3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
