Job Position – Medical Representative / Sales Representative

About the Role
AMSA Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Medical Representative / Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our healthcare services, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Promote and market AMSA Healthcare’s services to hospitals, clinics, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
– Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
– Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
– Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
– Present healthcare solutions and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
– Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
– Represent the company professionally at meetings, conferences, and promotional events.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or any other Medical/Healthcare-related field and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales will have an added advantage.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
– Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
