1) BIM Engineer / Coordinator
Qualifications:
– BIM engineer /Coordinator – Mechanical and Electrical
– Experience: +6 years in BIM, with leadership experience
Requirements:
– Proven experience in HVAC, firefighting, Plumbing and Electrical systems.
– Prove experience in ACC, Navis, Revit, Revitzo, 4D, COBIE… etc.
– Strong technical knowledge in MEP coordination.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
2) BIM Modeller – Mechanical
– Experience: +3 years of experience in BIM modelling (Mechanical systems)
Requirements:
– Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
– Knowledge of mechanical systems in construction projects
– Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
– Gulf experience
– Contractor and shop drawings experience is required
3) BIM Modeller – Electrical
– Experience: +3 years of experience in BIM modelling (Electrical systems)
Requirements:
– Proficient in BIM tools with expertise in electrical systems
– Experience in creating detailed electrical models and drawings
– Familiarity with industry standards and coordination procedures
– Gulf experience
– Contractor and shop drawings experience is required
