MEP Engineer is required for a big facility company
Job Description
Develop a first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined sites, and the requirements of the client.
Implement management instructions for projects, services, and planned maintenance.
Assist and implement assignments given by the Facilities Manager.
Implement management instructions for projects, services, and planned maintenance.
Prepare and planned the spare parts with consumables needed monthly.
Manage and provide technical support to the supervisors to execute the works effectively.
Implement site inspection from daily monitor the standard of work and completion schedule.
Organize, coordinate and manage with the supervisor the day to day operations of the job site.
Report to the manager on job progress and issues on a daily basis.
Manage and provide technical support to the supervisors to execute the works effectively.
Programming, scheduling, and assist in budget preparation.
Considers creative solutions to job requirements that would
reduce manpower requirements, cost and time
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or engineering.
2-5 years of experience.
Good level of interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound knowledge and experience in preparing scope of works, specifications of maintenance and modification works, and contractual documents.
Ability to travel
