Job Position – MEP Maintenance Engineer
Company Name – Tanfeedh, Bin Hilal Holdings
Experience:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Manage MEP-related upgrades, retrofits, and new installations.
- Prepare technical specifications and scope of work for MEP.
- Manage AMC PPM Schedules and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain documentation (inspection reports, maintenance logs, compliance certificates).
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP maintenance.
- UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
