Job Position – MEP Project Manager

To lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works for high-rise developments. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing residential, commercial, mixed-use construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities from design coordination through project completion.
-Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
-Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
-Review MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
-Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contract specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards.
-Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
-Manage procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
-Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
-Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
-Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
-Lead project close-out activities, testing & commissioning, and handover.

Key Requirements.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-8-12 years of UAE experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
-Proven experience delivering high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, and hotel projects.
-Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and UAE building regulations.
-Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
-Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
-Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
