Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding
-Source and recruit white-collar professionals, including engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, commercial staff, HSE professionals and other technical personnel
-Develop and manage effective talent-attraction channels for recruitment across all levels of the company
-Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, universities and professional networks
-Screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads
-Prepare job descriptions, offer letters and recruitment reports
-Maintain an updated candidate database
-Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, notice periods and joining formalities
Experience:
– Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience
-At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience within the UAE construction industry
-Proven experience recruiting white-collar, engineering and technical employees
-Familiarity with UAE employment practices and construction-sector manpower requirements
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline
-HR or recruitment certification will be an added advantage
Skills and Competencies:
-Strong candidate-sourcing and headhunting abilities
-Excellent interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
-Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment databases
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines
-Good negotiation, coordination and stakeholder-management skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant-tracking systems
-High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment
