Job Position – Mid-Level Purchaser
Company Name – Sabin Plastic Industries
To join procurement team in Dubai Investment Park, Dubai.
-Experience: 3–5 years
-Location: DIP, Dubai
Key responsibilities :
-Source and evaluate reliable suppliers
-Obtain and analyse RFQs and supplier quotations
-Prepare quotation comparison sheets
-Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
-Raise and process purchase orders
-Follow up with suppliers for timely material deliveries
-Coordinate material requirements with technical, production, estimation, and project teams
-Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records
-Support cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality and timely delivery
What We’re Looking For:
-3–5 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience
-Experience in signage, fabrication, acrylic, aluminium, steel, construction, or contracting will be preferred
-Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills
-Good understanding of procurement documentation and processes
-Good working knowledge of MS Excel
-ERP experience will be an advantage
-Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
