Job Position – NOC Coordinator

High Rise Building Project
Location: Sharjah, Muweilah (Al Mamsha).
To join ongoing high-rise building project in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
Arabic speaking is a must
SHJ municipality card is preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in NOC coordination within the UAE, In-depth knowledge of the local authority processes, regulations, and NOC requirements in the UAE.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with authorities and project teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
Experience in managing permit and NOC documentation systems.
