Job Position – NOC Engineers L1

What You’ll Be Doing:
– 24/7 monitoring and Level 1 troubleshooting of IT infrastructure
– Responding to incidents, performing isolation and resolution based on SOPs
– Providing remote/on-site support for virtual and physical failures
– Maintaining and fine-tuning monitoring and reporting platforms
– Escalating issues to relevant teams and documenting resolutions
– Preparing performance reports and identifying system trends
– Coordinating planned/unplanned changes and verifying service restoration
What You’ll Bring:
– 2+ years of experience in medium to large IT environments
– Hands-on experience with Riverbed monitoring tools
– Strong grasp of SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, WMI
– Proficiency in Windows/Linux, VMware, Wintel, Azure & cloud environments
– Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Meraki
– Certifications: ITIL, CCNA, VCP, MCP (or equivalent)
