Job Position – Nursery Manager
Company Name – Gummybear Nursery
To lead nursery team and support the growth of enrollment.
Requirements:
-Cache Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
-Strong teaching background in Early Years Education
-Proven ability to manage and lead staff and teachers effectively
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Experience in nursery operations and administration
-Ability to support and drive new admissions and nursery growth
-Arabic speaker is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily operations of the nursery
-Lead, supervise, and support teachers and staff
-Ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance
-Build positive relationships with parents and the community
-Develop strategies to increase admissions and maintain occupancy levels
-Foster a positive and productive working environment
