Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day office operations and support the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Prepare documents and coordinate appointments
• Manage incoming calls and client inquiries
• Assist with basic HR and admin tasks
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in Tagalog and English
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
