Salary : AED 8,000 per month + UAE Labour Law benefits
Hiring for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Requirements:
-Female candidate.
-Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) is MANDATORY.
-Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar role.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to multitask and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
-Manage transportation and records.
-Schedule meetings & take meeting minutes.
-Support management with administrative and coordination tasks.
-Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
-Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
