Job Position – Office Manager
A well-established boutique firm is seeking a discreet, highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support cross-functional teams. This role blends administrative coordination with people-focused initiatives and requires someone who thrives in dynamic, detail-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Staff travel coordination and itinerary management.
– IT administration and vendor liaison
– Staff wellbeing and internal engagement initiatives.
– Support for marketing, BD, and event logistics.
– Front-of-house and visitor management.
– Organizing Lunch & Learn sessions.
– PRO coordination and government documentation.
– Visa applications, renewals, and compliance.
– HR facilitation, Beneple platform oversight, and leave tracking.
Ideal Profile:
– 3+ years of office management experience in the UAE.
– Strong coordination skills across HR, IT, and operations.
– Familiarity with UAE visa processes and PRO workflows.
– Experience with Beneple or similar HR platforms.
– Discreet, reliable, and proactive communicator.
