Job Position – Office Manager
Company Name – Ias Accounting
Location : Dubai, U.A.E
To oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounting and taxation firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring team productivity, managing client engagements, and contributing to the firm’s overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
-Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Engagement Tracking
-Monitor the status and progress of client engagements, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
-Coordinate with internal teams to track project milestones and address any potential delays or issues.
Marketing and Social Media
-Monitor marketing activities and track their effectiveness.
-Manage the company’s social media presence, creating and scheduling content.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Company Goals and System Implementation
-Support the achievement of company goals and objectives.
-Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Office Administration
-Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
-Ensure a well-organized, clean, and efficient office environment.
-Handle scheduling, including meetings and appointments for office staff.
Administrative Support
-Assist with administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
-Facilitate internal communications and ensure smooth workflow within the office.
Reporting and Documentation
-Prepare and maintain reports on engagement progress, office activities, and marketing performance.
-Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client projects and office operations.
Process Improvement
-Identify and suggest improvements to enhance office efficiency, client engagement processes, and marketing strategies.
-Implement best practices to streamline operations and improve overall effectiveness.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in office management or a similar role, with a focus on project or engagement tracking.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and basic project management tools.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
