Job Position – OPD Nurse Manager

To lead Outpatient Department, driving excellence in patient care, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead, supervise, and support the OPD nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
– Oversee day-to-day outpatient operations, staffing schedules, and resource allocation.
– Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical workflows and patient experience.
– Implement nursing standards, protocols, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
– Monitor compliance with hospital policies, DHA regulations, and international healthcare standards.
– Foster a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and continuous learning among nursing staff.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) ; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred.
– Valid DHA license or eligibility.
– Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing leadership or management position, preferably in an outpatient setting.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
