-Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and suppliers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
-Handle on-ground guest services, ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure.
-Respond to agent inquiries professionally, providing well-presented offers and competitive rates.
-Process and confirm bookings with attention to detail and efficiency.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all services align with client itineraries.
-Address unforeseen issues and guest concerns with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
– 1-2 years of experience in DMC operations.
– Strong coordination skills with hotels, transport providers, and ground operations.
– A sincere, active, and detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to a growing team.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
