Job Position – Outlet Manager

Hiring for a hands-on to lead our newly opened quick-service concept.
This is not a traditional restaurant. It’s a compact, fast-paced operation where you’ll oversee both the kitchen and customer experience, ensuring every order meets our standards.
What you’ll do:
Manage the outlet’s day-to-day operations
Lead and support the team
Maintain food quality and consistency
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage stock, hygiene, and operational standards
Take ownership of the outlet’s overall performance
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous F&B leadership experience
Understands culinary operations and food quality
Has excellent customer service and people management skills
Is proactive, reliable, and leads by example
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Location : Lagoon Stop, Ras Al Khaimah
