Hiring four one of 4 star business & leisure class hotel in Dubai (UAE)

New upcoming hospitality property getting geared up to open its door for the guests in the most prominent, popular & internationally famous area of Goa with a huge arena with a capacity of approx 5000 guests to be catered along with 2 restaurants and other unique features


1) Front Office Associate (01 no – prefered female)

Hiring for someone who is very presentable, experienced, enthusiastic, energetic, composed body language & temperament & well communicated in English.
As a front desk or front office associate, you are responsible for performing various administrative job duties.

– Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
– Manage online and phone reservations.
– Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
– Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
– Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.


2) Housekeeping Supervisor (01 no – preferred female)

Job brief
We are looking for a professional Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and ensure we provide excellent guest service.
Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.

– Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
– Oversee staff on a daily basis
– Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
– Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
– Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
– Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
– Respond to customer complaints and special requests
– Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
– Participate in large cleaning projects as required
– Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas


3) General Manager (01) – Goa – Looking for someone who is ambitious, super enthusiastic, dyanamic, self motivated, energetic, strategic, innovator, who understand the business values and etchics who has the ability, skills and courage to accept challenge and drive a high volume business, who have got an extensive working experience in a high volume food & beverage operation & can rock the place with his/her team.

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, colleagues and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

– Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
– Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
– Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
– Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
– Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
– Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements and skills
