Job Position – Personal Assistant

To the Executive Manager
A dedicated and highly organized individual to join team as an Assistant to the Executive Manager, prior experience in project management or similar roles.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive Manager
Assist in executive-level tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communications
Help manage and maintain executive documentation and records
Coordinate and schedule meetings, and maintain the Executive Manager’s calendar
Act as a liaison between the Executive Manager and various stakeholders
Perform research and gather data as required for executive decision-making
Assist in various tasks and projects as assigned by the Executive Manager
