Job Position – Plant Workshop Spare Parts Storekeeper/ Store In-charge

Company Name – Al Nasr Contracting

Location : Abu Dhabi, Mussaffah with following experience and qualification.

-Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all spare parts using software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
-Receiving & Issuing: Inspecting incoming shipments for quality and accuracy and issuing parts to maintenance crews.
-Stock Organization: Storing parts logically to optimize space and ensure easy access.
-Procurement Support: Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
-Supplier Sourcing & Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable vendors to ensure high-quality products/services.
-Negotiation & Contracting: Discussing prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value.
-Auditing: Conducting regular physical inventory counts to reconcile with system records.
-Safety & Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and safe, well-organized warehouse.
-Cost control: Monitor store expenses and fleet maintenance costs, providing alerts for any cases of beyond economical repair, repeated work, or rising prices.
-Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all store records and reports are accurately maintained and regularly updated, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs), delivery documentation, and inventory reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
-Certification in Warehouse or Logistics Management (preferred).
Lean Six Sigma certification with strong knowledge of 5S, JIT, Lean principles(preferred).
-Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, preferably within an automotive or technical environment.
-Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with spare parts catalogues and part numbers.
-Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
-Attributes: High attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
-Extensive expertise in the UAE equipment dealers and spare parts suppliers.
