Job Position – Private Chef

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare daily meals for the Principal, family members, and VIP guests
-Design creative, balanced, and varied menus tailored to personal preferences and dietary requirements
-Deliver elegant home-style dining experiences with exceptional presentation
-Prepare authentic Lebanese cuisine to the highest standards
-Source premium-quality ingredients while managing kitchen budgets responsibly
-Maintain impeccable hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the kitchen
-Prepare meals for household staff when required
-Work closely with the wider residence team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Candidate Requirements
-Previous experience as a Private Chef for HNWI/UHNW families OR experience as a Sous Chef within a high-end Lebanese restaurant in the GCC
-Strong culinary expertise in authentic Lebanese cuisine
-Ability to work independently and confidently manage all kitchen operations
-Excellent hygiene, organisation, and presentation standards
-Professional, discreet, flexible, and service-oriented personality
-Strong English communication skills
-Valid GCC driver’s licence required
-Previous GCC experience is essential
-Ability to start as soon as possible
-Must be able to fly to Riyadh for a kitchen trial (flight/accommodation will be covered of course)

Salary: USD 4,000 per month
