Job Position – Program Manager
Company Name – Halian
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 12-month extendable contract
Responsibilities:
– Lead the end?to?end delivery of major IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Change Management projects, ensuring secure, scalable, and high?quality technology solutions that support organisational growth.
Project Planning & Initiation –
– Conduct technical reviews, architecture analysis, and project scoping.
– Develop project charters, RFPs, and initiation documents.
– Produce project plans, risk registers, and governance structures.
Project Performance Management –
– Define roles, responsibilities, and resource plans.
– Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
– Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
Execution, Monitoring & Control –
– Track progress, deliverables, issues, and change requests.
– Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
– Coordinate delivery reviews, acceptance sign?off, and post?go?live support readiness.
