Job Position – Project Coordinator
Company Name – NEB
Profession: Civil Engineering Graduate
Required Years of Working Experience: 10 years (at least 3 years in UAE)
Pre Contract Stage of the Project. These are covering the Quality, Cost and Time.
Liaison and coordination with the Clients Team during the tendering process for the Design and Engineering Services. Maintain a professional, affirmative and proactive business relationship with all the Client.
Evaluate Request For Proposals (RFP) receive from Clients / Employers.
Monitor the On-line Regular Tenders from various Developers, Clients / Employers.
At Pre-contract Stage:
Determine the project requirements from obtaining the affection plans, Client’s vision / objectives, concept design, detailed design till obtaining building permits.
Determine the proposed specialist / sub-consultants to be appointed in order to complete the design and engineering process.
Determine the required tender deliverables for both the Technical Proposals and Commercial Proposals.
Preparation of Commercial and Technical Proposals.
Coordination with all the Departments involve in order to provide a sound and competitive proposals.
Prepare an estimates covering the area of the proposed projects, construction cost, specialist services fees and the company cost proposals.
At Post Contract Stage:
Determine the project requirements from Obtaining Building Permits, Construction Supervision till the Defects Liability Period;
Determine the required number of Staff for the required Construction Supervision Services.
Preparation of correspondences related to the tendering process i.e. issuance of queries to the Clients / Employers and Specialists / Sub-consultants; Follow up to the Clients / Employers regarding status of tenders.
Preparation of Consultancy Services Agreement.
