The ideal candidate should possess 7-8 months of experience in real estate sales and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and provide relevant information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, and market trends.
Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers.
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting properties and generating leads.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven track record of 7-8 months in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate joiner preferred.
