Job Position – Public Relation Officer
Company Name – Enhance
Location: UAE
Salary: Up to AED 13,000 (depending on experience)
With strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and government relations. While this role does not involve visa typing or routine application processing, the candidate must have a solid understanding of the end-to-end visa and immigration processes in order to resolve complex and escalated cases effectively.
The role focuses on handling labour complaints, labour camp management, license renewals, and WPS-related issues, and acting as a key liaison with UAE government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other authorities
2. Handle labour complaints, disputes, and MOHRE cases, including mediation and follow-ups
3. Provide solutions for complex labour law and compliance issues
4. Oversee labour camp compliance, inspections, and authority requirements
5. Manage company license renewals and related government approvals
6. Handle WPS issues, including blocks, fines, and unblocking procedures
7. Support HR and management on escalated regulatory and compliance matters
8. Coordinate and respond to government inspections, audits, and official inquiries
9. Stay updated on UAE labour and immigration regulations and advise accordingly
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years PRO experience in the UAE
2. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE systems
3. Clear understanding of visa and immigration processes (no typing required)
4. Hands-on experience with labour complaints, WPS blocks/unblocks, and inspections
5. Experience managing labour camps and compliance matters
6. Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); good command of English
7. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
