Job Position – QA/QC Engineers
Company Name – East Coast Contracting
Location: Dibba, Fujairah
Responsibilities:
Daily Inspections and Testing:
Conduct daily inspections and tests to ensure construction quality aligns with drawings and specifications.
Perform inspections and checks for all quality-related procedures on-site, ensuring activities comply with approved method statements and inspection test plans.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge regarding inspections and quality issues, including the closure of Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs).
Quality Management:
Report to the QA/QC Manager, controlling and monitoring all activities related to the QMS.
Manage QA/QC documents for the entire project, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, NCRs, and site instructions/observations.
Ensure the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Instructions (SIs).
Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Experience:
Possess extensive 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction in Dubai.
Requires thorough experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified by ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and similar organizations.
Quality Management Systems:
Have a strong grasp of Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) principles and practices.
