Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Education:- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Master of Technology/Engineering(Civil)
Experience: – 5 – 10 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
– Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
– Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to advise on the financial viability of projects.
– Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contractor selection, to secure the best value for projects.
– Monitor project progress and expenditure, providing regular reports to stakeholders on financial performance.
– Evaluate and negotiate contract variations and claims to protect the financial interests of the project.
– Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design and construction align with budgetary constraints.
– Implement cost control measures and strategies to optimize spending without compromising quality.
– Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends to provide informed financial advice.
– Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to resolve financial queries and disputes.
– Assist in the preparation of final accounts and financial statements upon project completion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
– Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the civil engineering sector, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
– OMAN experience is Must.
– MINISTRY Experience is preferred.
