Job Position – Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

If you have strong experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, tendering, cost control, and project valuations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations.
Review architectural/engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare material and labour cost estimates and support tender submissions.
Obtain, evaluate, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Monitor project costs, variations, budgets, and financial performance.
Prepare interim payment applications, valuations, and cost reports.
Coordinate closely with Project, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure effective cost control throughout the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum (3+years) of UAE/GCC experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, tendering, and cost control.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation/QS software.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project/tender deadlines.
