We are looking for dynamic and experienced real estate agents specializing in off-plan and secondary market properties. If you have a strong background in UAE real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales, we invite you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle off-plan and secondary market real estate transactions
– Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors
– Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
– Negotiate and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date with real estate regulations, trends, and project launches
Requirements:
– Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is a must
– Proven expertise in off-plan and secondary market sales
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
– Ability to work independently and in a team
Compensation:
– Basic salary plus 50-50 commission
