Job Position – Real Estate Sales Agents

Hiring for motivated, target-driven to join our growing team in Dubai.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and company-provided sources
Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and consistent follow-ups
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
Stay up to date with Dubai communities, developers, market trends, and new launches
List properties and coordinate with the marketing team to maximize exposure
Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth documentation and compliance
Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience — mandatory
Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and market dynamics
Proven track record of closing off-plan and/or secondary market deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
RERA certification is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
