Job Position – Real Estate Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate, qualify, and manage leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Advise clients on residential and investment properties across Dubai and other key markets.
– Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow up.
– Conduct property tours, negotiate offers, and close high-value transactions.
– Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to enhance client experience.
– Stay updated on market movements, trends, and real estate laws.
Experience:
– 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Banking Sales, or Luxury Retail Sales.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– High sense of ownership, presentation, and personal grooming.
