Job Position – Real Estate Sales Trainer

To strengthen the capabilities of our growing sales team. This pivotal role focuses on onboarding new agents, enhancing the skills of current team members, and ensuring alignment with market standards and company excellence.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a real estate trainer, ideally in the UAE market
– In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations
– Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills
– Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead diverse sales teams
– Familiarity with CRM tools and listing platforms
– Training/coaching certifications or RERA certification preferred
– Fluency in English, additional languages are a bonus
