Job Description

Minimum 4 years experience minimum

– Managing the maintenance of rental properties to ensure that they
are well-maintained and safe for residents

– Showing vacant units to prospective tenants, and answering their
questions about the property, and helping them fill out applications
for leasing the property

– Reviewing applications and other documentation to determine if
applicants meet criteria specified by landlords Negotiating lease
terms with tenants on behalf of landlords according to guidelines
set forth by state laws

– Preparing lease agreements for signature by both parties,
including landlords and tenants

– Providing information about neighborhoods and community
tenants- Maintaining rental property inventories by conducting inspections
of each unit on a regular basis Conducting background checks on
prospective tenants to ensure that they have suitable financial
backgrounds, employment histories, and criminal records
Interviewing prospective tenants to determine whether they are
likely to be good candidates for tenancy based on their income,
employment status, and other factors.
