Job Position – Receptionist/Customer Service Executive

Experience: 1–2 years in a hospital or hospitality setting
Requirements:
-Presentable and professional appearance
-Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
-Friendly, calm, and confident under pressure
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Experience with appointment scheduling and telephone systems
-Familiarity with hospital/clinic software (EMR/CMS) is a plus
-Strong organizational and time?management skills
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up on tasks
-High level of confidentiality and patient?first mindset
-Empathetic, detail?oriented, and a true team player
Salary: AED 3,500/month
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
